Whiskey Flights

Enjoy Scotch, Bourbon and Japanese whiskies alongside a proud showcase of Ireland’s renowned makers. Each sip celebrates Irish craftsmanship in a clandestine speakeasy setting inspired by the Prohibition era.
Whiskey Tastings
Guided tastings led by knowledgeable staff explore a range of whiskey flavours and styles in a candlelit vintage setting. Each flight showcases different styles, ages and regions, with insights into distilleries and maturation. Optional Irish cheese and charcuterie pairings perfectly complement the tasting experience
The Liberator Experience
O’Donoghue Public House and Lakeview Estate Distillery have collaborated to create an exclusive, one of a kind ‘Liberator Whiskey Experience’. Arising from the joining of Kerry clans, it celebrates the finest quality, craftsmanship and heritage of the region. Tour the Lakeview estate and learn how this whiskey is created, followed by a whiskey tasting back in O’Donoghue Public House.
