PIG’S LANE X SOLAS

Among the evening’s culinary highlights will be Annascaul belly of pork with carrot ketchup, peanut & sesame, followed by an indulgent white chocolate, cardamom, Dingle sea salt & hazelnut dessert, paired with Pig’s Lane’s famous cold-brew-based Black Shtuff to finish.
Led by husband-and-wife duo Nicky and Ann Foley, Solas has become a foodie destination in Dingle, celebrated for its deep commitment to local and seasonal sourcing, while Pig’s Lane is blazing a trail on Ireland’s cocktail scene as one of the first bars in the country to receive a coveted ‘1 PIN’ from The Pinnacle Guide, often described as the Michelin Guide for bars.
